Day 8 was the last day we spent at Lofoten Island. We woke up early as usual to treasure the limited day light we have during winter. After done packing our stuff, we took photos with this beach side house as memory. We also managed to quickly fly the drone up and have a helicopter view of that area. Breathtaking scenery from all different angles has been taken for future flash back.
February 18 café is located at a relatively quiet area of Taman Gembira (Happy Garden) away from the bustling of United Oversea Garden (OUG) and Old Klang Road. Only if you go on Saturday there will be a night market along the street in front of the shop that makes the area crowded. This café is setup in a minimalist concept with loft cement wall on the entrance side. There is a bar table on the front end against the cement wall with windows for natural lightings. Overall setting is quite cozy and enough space between table for more privacy comfort.
Day 7 – Lofoten > Reine > Village of A > Hamnoy > Leknes
Good morning to day 7 in Norway! Although not manage to see any northern a night before, but I enjoyed the big and clear glass window facing 3 different direction at the guest living room. It is perfect to admire the starry night Milky Way. We bought some groceries for our breakfast, simple sandwich and meal replacement shake. Even from the kitchen where we were having our breakfast, the scenery outside is amazing, with mountains, snowy beach and sea.
